Case Study – Solaris Clinic

Our Case Studies take an inside look at how our clients have benefited from the finance arranged by Credit One.

When the owners of Solaris were first referred to Credit One late last year, the company had already established itself as a leading tanning clinic in both Auckland and Hamilton. 

Since the company started in 2009, the clinics’ services have expanded to include other beauty therapy treatments, such as red-light facials, which involved the purchase of highly specialised equipment from Germany. The move of both clinics into larger premises in more recent years has been a stepping stone to being able to offer a full range of professional beauty therapy services such as lash treatments and microblade tattooing. 

New premises and new treatments means new fit outs and new equipment, and it’s the funding for these which we’ve had the pleasure of being involved in – just look at some of the photos of the beautiful Auckland clinic which has been completed over summer:

One of the clinic’s treatment rooms. In addition to the specialised equipment show here, health standards mean only very specific types of flooring can be used so the removal of carpet and its replacement with this hard flooring is another way the funding Credit One arranged has been utilised.

When I asked the owners, Michal & Alicia, what the best part of dealing with Credit One was, they responded, “For any small business, getting finance can be really daunting. Sam was amazing, he has been so accommodating seeing us after hours and made the whole process much smoother than dealing with banks and finance companies.” 

I think Alicia put it really well herself when I asked her about what impact being able to get this funding had on the business. “It’s the kind of finance that allows you to start bringing that extra money into the business, and it just relieves any stress” – that’s exactly the intention of this type of funding and we love to hear our clients have felt that way about it.

There are obviously huge things ahead for Solaris and we’re looking forward to seeing the Hamilton clinic once it has had the same treatment as Auckland.
